Annie & Tina overestimated the market and advised us they could sell our property for around $630K in our first meeting. This was more than what the other agents suggested, but she convinceed us this was possible with her sales skills. We should of known when we interviewed other agents this price was not achievable. We ended having to reduce this price 3 times over a course of a few months, and ended up selling much lower than expected. She overestimated the market, and gave us false hope. Overall: - They were very good at the beginning, but did not show resilience when the property did not sell within the first two months. - Poor experience after two months as they started to lose their drive after winning the business. I’ve bought & sold properties more than 8 times now. I therefore understand what are the minimum service requirements. - Conflicting views about the property market between Annie and Tina. - Delayed response in replying messages. - Did not provide any weekly data from Realestate.com which is usually a minimum. - Did not show hunger of seeking new prospective buyers. Did not seek new avenues of finding buyers. - Did not align with our best interest. - The only solution provided was to reduce our house price several times. - During the final negotiation, they threatened to bring the buyer to another property if we did not accept the price (in order to close the sale and receive their commission).
