Hello. As with selling anything, the only way it's going to sell is by meeting the market. So how much is a house worth. That's up to the agent to get the maximum at that time. Annie had a contract on my house, but it depended on the buyer selling their house. They were way over priced, so the contract folded. Then l gave Annie 1 month to find a buyer. Which she did, and at a much better deal for me. So l am now a happy boy.
