Excellent knowledge, got the price I wanted, is realistic and honest about listing prices and puts my needs first so she actually listened to what I wanted. I’ve dealt with other agents in the past who tell you what you want to hear but once you’ve signed them on they just treat you as another listing and get nowhere near the price they initially recommended.
