Annique is a very dedicated agent who is also very passionate about her job and her clients. Annique was unable to differentiate between professional and personal gain. Never before have we had an agent try to remove included items sold under contract, negotiated for an additional price, after the final inspection was complete - for their own personal gain! Then provide a range of justifications when this issue was raised with the licensee. Still not sure if we were the target or the aged seller. Use at your own risk.
