Hi, myself and my partner was absolutely taken away by how much passion annique has in this industry. Annique was sell a property nextdoor to us and I approached her to see how the sale was going as. We was in the process of getting our house ready for sale. Annique came over seen more value in our home than all the others that came. She gave so much advice on what to do in order to sell our property for a good value. We decided to go with annique over others and we are so glad we did. She put so much effort into selling our home. So good to deal with and it makes it easier as she's such a lovely person. 80k over others that valued our home even in a falling market.
