We were selling my late father’s estate in Hobart’s northern suburbs. We found Annisa by chance, and initially sought her advice. We had work to complete on the house which took several months. At no stage did Annisa become pushy or demanding with time frames. Once we were ready to sell, she organised everything we needed promptly and went out of her way to chase a price that we were happy with. Her knowledge of the market combined with her calm and easygoing nature made selling with her a pleasure. This is a rare occurrence when dealing with the real estate market.
