Ant Manton has been in constant contact with me since the beginning of June 2023 when I made an offer on a unit I wished to purchase. I needed to sell my home in order to buy this property that I had fallen in love with. Ant has been with me all the way and both he and Zac Flanagan never faltered in their intent to sell my home to the most suitable purchaser. This Ant has done, much to my delight! We only have positive things to say about Ant. He was working with the vendor of the property we wanted to buy. It was a very long process of negotiations back and forth, and a few hiccups along the way, but Ant stayed very patient and friendly along the whole way. In the end we were successful in the negotiations and came to an agreement. Ant guided us through the contract phase and called to congratulate us when everything was finalised. He was not working for us, but for the vendor, but despite that we felt very comfortable with his guidance and would happily recommend Ant to anyone who is looking for an agent.

If you’re looking for an agent who goes the extra mile, especially in a rapidly changing market, then I’d highly recommend Ant. Having bought and sold many properties I’ve dealt with a LOT of agents. Ant is definitely one of the very best. He has excellent communication skills and there’s no waiting around for hours or days for a response. This particular sale had some complications (not Ant’s fault) which he worked around to achieve a great result which suited my circumstances (and also the purchasers). Ant’s motto that he “works harder” isn’t just words, he actually delivers on his promises. 🙂
