He followed through with getting answers to questions and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with what I was doing. He was honest and whilst I’m aware he was working for the vendor I felt supported and safe that I wasn’t being conned in any way. It’s easy to see that he loves his job and this enthusiasm comes through when dealing with him. My additional contact with him over hiccups with the finance were understood quickly and not seen as a problem but seen as part of his ongoing communication with the vendors. Nothing was too much trouble for him and when he rang me to congratulate me when the sale went unconditional I believe he was genuinely pleased for me.
