I have had a genuinely positive experience with the sale of my property. Initially I requested proposals from 3 different agents for the potential sale of my property to compare and went with Ant. He showed a true enthusiasm from the very start, his proposal was by far the most professional and gave me the most relevant information, it felt bespoke to my property, the others looked like they had just copy and pasted a few details and hit send. Ant was very honest and transparent through the entire process, which in my experience thus far is a rare quality in a sales agent. He communicated thoroughly with me the whole way and I never had to follow Ant up for updates, his finger was on the pulse the whole time.
