Having sales experience of 15 years, including in management; I recognised immediately that Ant Manton was the perfect professional to deal with the sale of our home. We spoke to 4 agents to ascertain who was the right person and Ant was exceptional. Along with his partner in sales, Simon (also excellent), Ant sold our home in 2 days and achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations. 11/10... 10/10 is not a high enough score. Ant and all the team did a stellar job selling my house. Lots of enquiries and open homes but we priced the house accordingly with strong market knowledge of the area. Good price and smooth communication.
