Our property unexpectedly took approximately 7 months to sell. We had a few difficulties with tenants and general market challenges, however Ant and the team were always so pro-active, supportive and driven to achieve a successful result. Ant did not seem disheartened or disinterested when the property took longer to sell, was always well engaged and results driven and we never felt like anything was too much of a problem.
