Faultless!

Ant sold our house last year almost at the height of covid. When we were having our home appraised, Ant was one of around 5 or 6 realestate agents we looked at. The main reason we invited Ant to appraise our house was from a recommendation by a friend who had sold with Ant previously. Out of all the agents who came through our home, Ant was, hands down, the best! Every other agent just gave us a verbal appraisal with pretty much a fixed price that they thought the house would sell for. Ant went all out. He emailed us a pages long proposal outlining a price range, what the houses strengths were, what we would have to do to the house to get the upper limit, suggested the best ways of advertising…everything that you could think of, he covered. This was at no cost, and all before he was even guaranteed our business. He was well presented; always impeccably turned out, knowledgeable about the area we lived in, and always enthusiastic; he genuinely loves the work he does. His communications were amazing. Almost always available by phone, and if he didn’t answer your call, he’d get back in touch literally as soon as he could. As far as selling your home goes, it was so well managed, and my husband and I never felt stressed out by the experience. We got an offer, well above asking price, a week after our house went on the market. I fully believe that this wouldn’t have been the case if we had another agent working to sell our home. Ant genuinely wants the best for all involved, the buyer included. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ant for the sale of your home. Easiest home sale ever!
