Ante was great! This was the first house I’d ever sold. He was very clear up front with what was involved and what service he provided. He also took a no pressure approach. I remember him saying the right time to sell was when I was ready to sell. It took me 3 months to decide to sell. Ante was patient and at no stage pushed me to list. In the end it took only 2 weeks for Ante to get 3 interested parties. He was able to use his skill and experience to get the maximum price out of the final buyer, above the estimate he had originally given me. I had my property listed with another agent from a big firm for about 6 months with no luck. That agent gave me a price range and held an auction (where no one registered to bid).
