As a first time interstate buyer, there where many more questions, concerns and risks that needed to be managed as a part of the buying process. He provided really valuable advice, and guidance which put me more at ease throughout the buying process, and ultimately resulted in a easy and seamlessly transaction.

I would like to express my thanks and joy for having the experience of selling a property in Victoria under the guidance and direction of Anthony. The circumstance were difficult to say the least and for anybody to stay calm, collected and happy as well as meet all expectations, for me, was a wonderful experience. You see .... I phoned Anthony and quizzed him with what my needs were (and several other agencies too I might add).... it went something like this. " My husband and I have recently separated leaving us in need of selling our property for the highest attainable price with the least amount of expense to us, and in the shortest amount of time as possible. I will be traveling around over East as of tomorrow and will not have all my paper work with me, and can't supply any details until I get back there in a few weeks. Do you have a bank of buyers already looking? What sort of price do you think it would bring? I'll get back to you by phone while I'm traveling" My return phone call on 4/1/16 instructed Anthony to sell the property. Emails and phone calls went to and throw at all hours until within a few days, a possible buyer was sourced by Anthony. Inspection of the unit, documents to be signed by me, the traveler and my ex who was still in WA. Nothing seemed too difficult to be collated as required by Anthony; of which I am extremely grateful; even though I believe he received some extra grey hairs and a few less of them over the course of this sale. And now the Discharge of Land papers are all signed...and yes it is only the 11/2/15. I couldn't have asked for anyone to place the care of this property through or for better result. Thank you Anthony for putting up with errors, from this side of the fence not yours, the multiple delays, incorrect paperwork, message bank usage and every other disjointed conversation I may have had with you. You were amazing and our property has sold for a suitable price without even meeting in person. (Yay to technology)
