The entire process was very challenging. I was purchasing an apartment as a young female and when we went to the inspections they addressed my partner or grandfather before looking and me. The lack of transparency and communication made this a challenging journey, resulting in tears. they did not listen or answer questions promptly and would call until I could answer, even after being told I could not answer phone calls between certain times. They were rude and tricked me into signing a contract my lawyer did not approve of, saying she did approve it. After talking to many people in the real estate business they stated that their lawyer and process were disgusting for all the people they delt with. Their lawyer ghosted mine after trying to get information from them and the lack of communication was disgusting. This resulted in a delayed settlement and they could not even get the tenets out at that time. I was always polite but their lack of communication and support resulted in me becoming homeless for a month. This soured my experience being a first home buyer. If they want more business they should try to be nice to people and respect them, rather than the behavior I received. They are misogynistic and overall not a good business. I would never sell or rent any property through them, and I would not recommend them to anyone. If this is how they treated a buyer, I don't want to know how they treat anyone as a managing agent.

Anthony presented himself as professional, confident and personable, and a delight to to work with. He achieved better then we expected and gave us no false hopes. We know we made the right choice and would cheerfully recommend him. The chocolates were the real clincher.
