We were very happy that we chose to list our home with Anthony Birt. He was very professional with great knowledge of the current market and a great communicator. He explained the whole sale process in depth and then even more importantly, did everything that he said he would do. We had three open for inspections resulting in a sale at a price we were very happy with. He phoned us with feedback after each inspection, then when we received two offers for our home he negotiated a higher offer from our buyer and an extended settlement date.
