I have a Selling history with Global Warners Bay. 4 years ago I purchased my Villa in Valentine from Global. Circumstances meant that I was ready to sell again. Also I had sold my mother's Villa in Warners Bay with them 15 years ago. I was more than pleased both times both as a seller and a buyer. Anthony Birt was my agent this time. After 10 minutes I was at ease and within 2 hours I had a selling strategy (price range), a marketing strategy and a sales proposal by email of our meeting. I agreed straight away. Beautiful and useful photos were taken quick smart, the drone shots and interiors were amazing. It was a long settlement, 3 months as I had tenants in my Villa. Some glitches during settlement saw me stressed, but Anthony allayed my fears and worked for the buyer too keeping them in the loop of ongoing developments. On the waterfront you get exposure to thousands of passers by, both local and out of area. Great advertising.
