Overall a positive experience. My only "negative" comment would be that the indicative price range suggested regularly at open houses was obviously too low. Maybe to avoid under quoting the regulations covering real estate should require the owner to nominate his/her reserve at the beginning of the sales campaign. The indicative price range should cover the reserve. This would not preclude the successful bid exceeding the reserve and the high end of the price range but would avoid frustrating potential buyers who believe the agent's indicative range.
