Anthony prepared the property for sale and kept me up to date with all procedures and publicity so that I was confident with my part and what was needed to ensure the property was ready for the auction. Inspections were well planned by Anthony and he kept me notified of what was to take place. As this was new to me I was confident in relying on Anthony to make sure all legal matters were completed and the auction was held successfully.

He seemed open and trustworthy and I’m usually a very good judge of character.
