Anthony knocked on our door around 15 months ago, after speaking with him for a few minutes I could see he was confident and well spoken. He knew what was going on in my area and offered to give us an estimation on our property as we knew we were moving on within the next 12 months. From Day one he listened to what we were saying and understood what we needed. Anthony kept in contact with us and over the next 12 months he sold my Daughters place and then a friends property. The day came when we decided to sell. I gave him a price we were looking for and Anthony put together a marketing and sales plan for the property. His prices were fair and we approved the plan for marketing and sale. Anthony always came and gave us tips on presentation to sell and then the house went on the market. House was sold within 9 days and we got our price. We were over the moon and we would recommend Anthony to anyone try to sell, great agent and always up for a joke and a laugh, I don't always like to be serious and between us there were always jokes and comments that we both enjoyed.
