Anthony has excellent market knowledge, is well organised and easy to talk to. At times, he can be a bit confronting, for example when he tried to play down my concerns regarding a crack in the balcony tiling, however you can tell he is passionate and committed to his work. He helped me achieve a discount in the listed price and was kind enough to donate two bottles of wine to celebrate my purchase. I've lowered the Credibility rating because the apartment I purchased had the internal area listed at over 40+sqm, however the bank surveyor found it to be 39sqm, which made finalising my home loan more difficult.

Our property was previously on the market about 12 months ago through another agent and did not sell so it was temporarily withdrawn.
