A wonderful marketing campaign designed to target the audience that suited the home and it's wonderful features. They provided weekly reports. Feedback on open homes conducted and ensured that we were always part of the process of selling the home. At the point of contract they were supportive and caring and ensured that we achieved the best result for our property. I must commend them both for their honesty and integrity. Their strategies and hard work ensured the property was sold in a very short period with a wonderful outcome for us. I went with a local agent and that choice paid off. During the initial appraisal, Anthony was looking for the potential in my home - widening the scope of potential buyers. Then we sat down for coffee and Anthony spent an hour getting to know me as a person. From then on, it was easy. Of course there were hiccups but I never felt stressed about them.
