Our experience with Anthony was faultless. From the moment we sat down together to discuss our thoughts and expectations, it was clear our best interests were first and foremost. The process from beginning to end was clearly detailed, and what was explained was delivered in terms of cost and service. If ever I had a question or concerns with anything my calls and emails were answered promptly by either himself or the team at Ray White. During the time the property was listed and open for inspection, a follow up call with the Anthony to detail the success of the turn out within the hour … and without the realtor jargon I’ve experienced previously. I accepted an offer within 15 days of listing, the offer amount was as expected from Anthony’s forecast. During the negotiation process, Anthony’s advice was always clear with a sense of pragmatic rationale. After the sale, I missed a few of his follow up calls however Anthony still insisted on catching up and that I feel is what separates him from my previous experience. Although the settlement had finalised and the sale completed, his personal approach to reach out regardless of the sale finalising is a testament to his commitment to his clients. I genuinely recommend Anthony and his team.
