I am a widow in my late sixties; having to downsize from my townhouse to a ground floor forever home unit was one of the most stressful decisions yet! I had an agent who had marketed my home for 3 months but had clearly lost the spark to sell and wanted me to settle for an offer far too low that would leave me with very limited funds to purchase.
