We were highly impressed with the service that Anthony Coleman gave us in selling our block of land. He is a communicator par excellence who follows through with what he says he is going to do, and he kept us informed every step along the way. He has a dynamic, positive and enthusiastic attitude, backed up by solid knowledge of the real estate market and unsurprisingly, lots of contacts, who he actively pursues towards the goal of a sale. He sold our block in 2 weeks, for a price we felt was fair to both us and the purchasers. On top of that he's a genuinely nice guy, raising over $10K for a little boy with cancer in the time we dealt with him. I'd use words like professional, honest, informative & good looking but this is about Anthony not me LOL!!! In all seriousness though it was quite simple - we had a house to sell & he sold it. Anthony was honest in his initial evaluation. He didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear and put in the extra hours (often after hours). He made good decisions about when, why and how we should sell and in the end his advice payed off. In a tough market, we were able to sell our house for a good price and in a good time frame.
