Anthony's marketing strategy involved putting my property onto the market for two weeks, and included two open houses. This gave as many purchasers as possible the opportunity to view the property and also consider their own financial options without being rushed into a quick buy or missing out altogether. It also took the pressure off me having to accept the first offer that came in and ensured that I could consider a lot more offers. Anthony conducted the two open houses himself and also did the individual inspections. He kept me informed every step of the way. The sales price he managed to get for me was unbelievable. I think that he not only did right by me, but he also did right by the potential purchasers. They had a fair chance - which is saying a lot in the current market.
