Apparently he ad advised them on making improvements prior to putting it on the market. After the offer was accepted and prior to settlement, he assisted in providing the names of trades-persons who had worked on, and were familiar with, the property so that I could utilise their services with confidence. All in all, it was a good experience dealing with ANthony.
I would recommend anthony to all he sold our property under difficult circumstances lots of lookers with no money and achieved a good and fair price for sellers and buyers. My advice is get agent first his apprasial was accurate and we achieved his price in a difficult times.
