Anthony was a great help for us with a house we loved in Paradise, South Australia. We did not win the house at auction, the sale price ended up being a suburb record!! But the experience we had in dealing with Anthony in the lead up to and also after the auction was fantastic and it made the experience of being first home hunters much easier and less overwhelming than it could have been. Anthony went out of his way in the lead up to the auction to make multiple calls to us to ensure we were happy, had the information we needed, have a chat, assist us with organising a building inspection, assist us with inspections that suited our work commitments, and he gave valuable general advice for dealing with the stress and nerves associated with an auction (this was our first time at an auction and we are first home buyers). He was always very polite and easy to chat with in person. But what set him apart from all our other experiences in this industry was his follow up communication with us after the auction. Anthony did not have to call us after the auction or do any follow up for that matter, most agents in our experience simply don’t bother. But Anthony made the effort the same day after the auction (we missed his call) and then again called on the Monday after auction whereby we had a good chat and a laugh about what transpired at the auction and discussed our future house hunting. Klemich and all agencies would benefit greatly from hiring more people like Anthony and I wish he was the agent for all the properties we are looking at around Adelaide!!! The property had been vacant a little while and needed some sprucing up, I work long hours often seven days a week and have little spare time.
