I had my property up for sale for 4 months prior to engaging Anthony to sell it. After weeks of no-shows and empty open houses Anthony had the property sold within 3 weeks with 30 day settlement. It wasn't the price I was expecting to sell for, but realism set in and the sale got done which is the main thing. If the previous agent had a better plan to sell i wouldn't have had to switch agents but i'm glad i did. The price charged for advertising was worth it; the property had good exposure and was front-and-centre in general searches that i performed on line to check the ad. The typical open house generally had more attendees than the previous agent. Anthony always answered or returned my calls and kept me in the loop with all developments during the sale, his service was well worth it and i should have got Anthony to sell it in the first instance!
