We interviewed a number of agents before we met with Anthony, who was recommended by a mutual friend. We were immediately surprised that unlike the other agents Anthony actually listened to what our requirements and concerns were and then addressed them. We had a reasonably unique property - 5 bed rooms and in a desired school zone, but on a main road - Anthony explained to us how he would market the property to ensure that the potential buyers would see all of the positive feature of the property that we had experienced while living here with our children for nearly 25 years. The campaign was run well and we were kept advised of all developments along the way.
