It took some time to sell our house as the quality of the home was superior to others but many potential buyers were using cheaper homes to substantiate low ball offers. Anthony used his network to identify active buyers and pulled in a specific buyer to view the home one which he knew would appreciate its quality features which ultimately led to selling the home in the price range we required.
