Anthony has local knowledge of the area and is well known & respected. I have watched him as auctioneer, and he impressed me with how he managed the whole process. My sale was private as he thought the property being new and somewhat unusual with few competing places. Anthony never gave up in the several months it took to attract the appropriate demographic to buy a 4-bed apartment that many viewers liked but were mis-led by 4 bedrooms. They all seemed surprised that it wasn't as big as a house! Anthony organised many private viewings in addition to weekly home opens, rain or sunshine. The only thing I would have liked was more immediate feedback after home opens, but I guess many leads were obviously not going to buy.
