Anthony Klironomos expertly handled the selling of my late father's home. While we were incredibly nervous and unsure about the process of selling, Anthony made the entire experience far easier than we could have hoped for. He did this while still displaying empathy for the grief we held at selling, and the initial confusion at the process which was new to us. He came early to oversee and manage everyone who came through the house, which eased our minds that it would be treated with respect, and be well-maintained. He exemplified great understanding of the ever-changing market, and did an amazing job negotiating when needed on the day of the auction.
