The property I had listed to sell, was a house, inside a townhouse development. I thought this was a straightforward sale exercise - but I was wrong. I was introduced to Anthony, by a friend, and from the first meeting with Anthony, I was impressed with his attitude, and confidence. The property was listed, and prepared by Anthony, and all this happened during COVID times. After several views on the web site, and a few inspections (due to COVID), it seemed that we were not going to be successful. BUT, Anthony did not give up, and finally a buyer was found who loved the house. I gat the price I was looking for, and Anthony never gave up. I would recommend Anthony to all sellers, and I will use him in the future, as I have other properties which will be listed in the future.

We had spoken to Anthony over this 2 years period from time to time, so when he called and told us he had listed a home in the area we wanted, we were elated. Covid lockdown meant we needed to buy the property via video and pictures only. I feel Anthony held us in the palm of his hand all the way through to settlement this week.
