Looking to downsize from a large Perth home to a small country cottage I was disappointed with the unavailability of these in the Margaret River area. Many were former rentals and in bad shape. After several months Anthony called me to see a beautiful new build unit - spacious 4x2 with double car garage 4 minutes to town.
