We decided to use Wiseberry Peninsula due to the majority of the market in the area covered by this branch, we also purchased this particular property through Wiseberry which made the choice easy. The moment Anthony came to meet the family and myself to discuss the opportunity to sell we were impressed with his knowledge, industry experience, sales record and overall general approach to the industry. We unfortunately ran off the back end of the recent Sydney boom which hit the coast and the market was slowly but surely stalling/dropping as the Sydney market did the same.
