Our house is on a busy road: an impediment to an "easy" sale in a sought after area. Anthony was the only representative to address this issue in his strategy for selling our home. His experience in real estate shone through as he guided us in how to best present the house for our upcoming sale. Anthony also went beyond what we expected of him, in that he made offers to undertake small "chores" such as putting out our bins/ blowing leaves from pathways, due to our having to be away from the house for a short period of time when viewings were happening. I have used Anthony on two separate occasions - once for own home and not long after for a friend living overseas. Anthony just takes care of everything. We tried for 12 months to get a painter. They just weren't interested or wanted too much money. Anthony had one there the day after we signed him up. It was the same with all the trades we needed to freshen up our property. Anthony just takes the hard work out of it. His team's estimate of our property value was spot on and he made the whole process seamless after we had been procrastinating for about 18 months.
