Right from the very first meeting with Anthony and his team, my husband and I were blown away with how professional, friendly and capable they were. Anthony easily guided us through the selling process with no pressure. After each inspection, we always received a prompt update. The marketing material and the extra effort Anthony continued to go to, really made a difference. On the day of the auction, Anthony and his team gave us great confidence and reassurance. It was a very easy process. I also loved how they organized the coffee van for the auction! What a great touch! Anthony was so confident in selling out house and the price. He really pushed to get us the best possible outcome and we never felt any pressure. His manner is very calming in such an intense situation. Stocktake and Leggo provided a brilliant start to finish service that culminated in an excellent final price achieved on our house. Throughout our sale journey we felt comfortable in talking with the team about any thoughts or concerns that popped into our head (e.g. How should we prepare the house for inspection? Where should we advertise our house? How much should we spend on advertising? What happens if we don't sell at auction? What reserve should we set? Etc etc.) No question was too hard. On the auction day all the bases were covered...the entire team looked after us and our auction result blew us away! A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making, what could of been such an incredibly stressful time, so manageable!

Anthony on first encounter seemed like a genuine person, and was the only one focused on the house and how to sell the house, and how to get the best price for the house, rather than boasting about them selves or their past sales etc. another thing that assured me was that the whole company (stockdale and leggo) actually works together. theres no under table between agents. there no palming off or snatching from other agents for commission etc. everything was clear and upfront. no hidden surprises.
