We have procrastinated selling our first property as we think it will be a daunting process. Anthony guided us going through this nightmare and made it a lot easier for us. Not once we feel like we are dealing with a property agent. Anthony is more like a coach or consultant whose opinion and ideas we value greatly. It certainly helps killing the doubt when we know that we have the best agent in Altona selling the property for us. We have achieved a tremendous sales outcome, not quiet sure how Anthony did it. The sale of my investment property did involve some complexities, with a tenant still in it and a buyer wanting to settle earlier than the tenant had planned to move out, but Anthony took all that in his stride. He got a good number of interested parties, negotiated with the tenant and the prospective buyers, and the end result was a sale at a price I was happy with. And Anthony was actually able to negotiate a price a little higher than we initially expected. Highly recommended.
