Great at solving problems

The sale of my investment property did involve some complexities, with a tenant still in it and a buyer wanting to settle earlier than the tenant had planned to move out, but Anthony took all that in his stride. He got a good number of interested parties, negotiated with the tenant and the prospective buyers, and the end result was a sale at a price I was happy with. And Anthony was actually able to negotiate a price a little higher than we initially expected. Highly recommended.
