Anthony is enthusiastic, but realistic about the property market. We appreciated his recommendations in terms of having a short but decisive marketing campaign followed by a twilight auction. I was impressed by Anthony's willingness to meet some potential purchasers outside usual open for inspection times. In our case Anthony was selling a property at Balmain outside his usual area; this made no difference to his ability to obtain a terrific price for our waterfront apartment. Anthony is reliable and a fantastic communicator. There were three vendors involved and he kept all of us "in the loop" at all times.
