my buying experience and dealing with the mail real estate and its director was one of the worst experience . In the beginning he was good and promised me few things but when i singed the contract he changed his tone and behavior. He was not responsive on calls and always had an excuse. I am extremely unhappy with the main through out this purchase. He has made every step difficult for me. Throughout the period i struggled a lot. We have visited every open day of the house and except us no other family was there on day of auction, he said there is another buyer from Queensland, upon asking he never revealed the details and his other partner stood away from me and doing telephonic auction, my gut feeling that there was no one on phone. The Auction was not cleared I wish there should be some government body monitor the process and make sure that its crystal clear without any fake bidder. Start from buying till getting the keys this guy made my life miserable and misbehaved on phone and I struggled a lot. Even I had a chat with owner and owner told me he has never told things which he has committed to me. I sold my other property and I was helpless. I wish I could avoid them and never dealt with them at all....... Market research is very important before you deal with anyone... I will also report the behavior at REIV and consumer affair....

Anthony has excellent negotiation skills and able to exceed targeted selling price. Highly recommended.

Anthony is the hardest agent I’ve come across his dedication to his work his friendly nature and professionalism is second to none he works hard to get the results you want and always with a smile I’ve bought and sold with Anthony just recently had the most unconventional contract signing in a nail salon which was funny as I had no other time to catch up due to a wedding which just goes to show he will bend over backwards to get results wether your buying or selling his your agent!!! I recommend Anthony to any one buying or selling there homes I will be dealing with him soon for my next investment property
