Selling experience went super smoothly due to Anthony's diligence and follow up. He talked us through the procedure from start to finish. Photographer took care in taking great interior and exterior photos as well as doing a drone shot of the area. Newspaper advertising was prominent and listing appeared on many websites. Anthony kept us up to date with regular statistics, updates and feedback. Home opens were timely and Anthony followed up after each one. He also organised for other agents from his office to do a group viewing of the property to cover all bases. Offer process went well and sale was followed through until the end. From the outset, Anthony, was the standout agent for us to choose when we decided to sell our property. At the start we made enquiries at several local agencies and Anthony was not only the first agent to make contact, but was also the only one who took immediate action to assess the property and give us factual feedback which enabled us to decide how we would prepare the property for market and the price point we could realistically expect to achieve. Our situation was a little unusual and Anthony met all our unique challenges with a professional yet compassionate attitude which was greatly appreciated. One of the challenges we faced was living a significant distance from the property which meant time taken to complete the work needed to prepare the property was extended and having someone we could trust to check in on the property was required. Anthony took all of this on with patience and a positive and always helpful attitude. He went over and above what could be asked or expected of any agent whilst assuring us that it was all part of the service.
