They work well together as a team and they handled the whole sales process in a very professional way – from advice as to the most suitable method of sale (not Auction, which is usually pushed hard by most Agents), to what we should do to best prepare the property for sale (including the use of a Stylist), arranging for photography and video, preparation of an attractive sales brochure, running weekend and mid week Opens and so on. The sales budget was very reasonable, through real estate.com. They found a strong buyer within 2.5 weeks of listing. Anthony was particularly attentive, with lots of feedback about potential buyers, then lots of follow-up of both the buyer and ourselves which was particularly appreciated just before and after settlement. Overall, we would find it difficult to fault the service we received from Anthony and Craig.
