Finding the perfect home when you're in another state can be very challenging. We spent weeks looking at online listings before liaising with Anthony on a property we thought we were going to love. Anthony was flexible enough to schedule an open home around the middle of the day to accommodate our flights, and had all the information we needed when we viewed the home, spending time answering a list of questions about the home and the neighbourhood. We were on limited time and Anthony took our call late evening and was happy to get us through for a second inspection on a Sunday morning and we bought the home 3 days later. Agents are busy people. They have a lot of clients to keep happy and lots of buyers asking questions. Never once did we feel rushed, and we didn't have to wait for an answer to a question, he knows his stuff. We can't recommend Anthony highly enough. The entire process from first inspection, through to sale, Anthony was understanding of our situation, and liaised with all parties without delay. I wish all agents were like this.

I have dealt with a number of agents over my time and Anthony is unbeatable. Anthony was always professional from the first time I met him to the final conversation we had. He is honest, reliable and a great communicator. As a seller you want these characteristics of an agent. I appreciated the continual updates following every open house but also prior to open house's to just touch base. In addition to this, we were in a situation whereby we had to be patient and wait for the tenants to find a new property to move out to so that we could begin the process to sell our apartment and I believe Anthony went that extra mile to help find the tenants that were moving out of our apartment a new place. Additionally, Anthony wasn't shy to give his honest opinion on what can achieve the best price in a market that is always changing and as a result the expectations were not only met but exceeded.
