Anthony was not the original agent I hired from the firm. However, he was gradually given more and more of the job and in the end took it over. I really appreciated the way he communicated regularly and promptly and kept me up to date. He had a difficult problem to deal with, namely the over-promising the original agent had done in terms of sale price. However, Anthony was honest with me and gave me market intel to help me understand that we were not going to get there. I believe he then sold my house for as much as the current market would bear, for which I am very grateful. He did a great job negotiating and closing the deal promptly, and discerning which buyer was the serious contender.
