Great Experience

After enjoying ownership of the city unit for eighteen years, early in 2019 we decided to renovate and possibly sell only if the value was there. Our decision to engage Anthony Puntigam from Phillips Pantzer Donnelley came about after talking and meeting with a number of agencies. In conversation we discovered he actually sold the unit to us some 18 years earlier, with both experiences as the buyer and now as a seller being stress free.
