Anthony, did a great job selling our mother / mother in laws home. It was emotional selling mums house, after she had lived there for 63 years and her husband of all this time had recently passed. The home was an older home, unrenovated and empty and needed great skill to showcase its value and nurture and bring to the auction the right buyers. Anthony was professional to deal with, always on time - provided regular updates and his communication throughout the process was excellent. Anthony never oversold or inflated any situation and we always trusted him. The home was vacant and he even helped put the bins out once or twice. Anthony had good numbers at the open homes and multiple numbers at the auction. Auctions are stressful, however Anthony and the team had the buyers there, we were briefed prior to how the process would work and where the buyers may be at. At the briefing prior to Auction, the Auctioneer mentioned he had conducted 4 auctions before ours and none of these 4 properties sold, this made the stress higher. We are please to announce that the home sold for over the reserve, the result far exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Anthony from Ray White if you are looking for a professional agent who gets results in the Merrylands & wider area suburbs.
