Selling my investment property of 25 years was a very difficult time for me. I didn't want to use just any agent. I had to use an agent with certain fundamental characteristics: 1) The agent is passionate about the property area and lives in area, 2) Excellent communication and kept me updated, 3) He was always available and responded to my emails straightaway, 4) Easy to talk to and very approachable, 5) He involved me in the sale and asked for my opinion, 6) He listened to my concerns and asked for my suggestions, 7) He worked with me as part of his strong sales team, 8) He looked after the best interests of the vendor and put them first, 9) He was very professional and 10) He honored his words. Anyone can get good results when the market is strong. But Anthony managed to get an excellent result during a slow market. My main concern was once an agent gets your listing they forget everything they have promised verbally. This was not the case with Anthony. He was good to his word throughout the process.
