This was a new one for Skip and he managed it perfectly. We saw the property and were captivated by it. Kept an eye on it for 4 months, then saw it advertised for rent. Contacted Elders to ask if it was for sale. 3 weeks later, a call from one of Skip's team who advised yes it was for sale! The next week we met Skip on site for a walk through and we went from there. He was always there for solid advice and friendly helpful service. No gimmicks, no games, simple honest customer service and going above and beyond for his clients.
